I was attending a 4-day workshop about a comprehensive literacy model presented by Linda Dorn and Carla Soffos with 250 of my closest friends (haha) when I found inspiration to try something new (or at least new to me!) I was inspired to spend hours during the summer creating a blog for school. A wonderful educator from Fort Atkinson was at the conference and kindly shared her blog with all of us. It was amazing and she claims that it is very "do-able". So here it goes...
This blog will be used to update happenings in the Lily Pad, my third grade classroom community. I hope to be able to share pictures, stories and other various information about Life in the Lily Pad.
