Tessellations
A Tessellation (or Tiling) is when you cover a surface with a pattern of flat shapes so that there are no overlaps or gaps.
After viewing the work of M.C. Escher,
students created their own shape to tessellate.
Just a reminder that schools will be closed for Winter Break and all reopen on January 6. All of us in the Lily Pad are wishing you a happy and healthy holiday and new year!
